Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Refund & Returns Policy

Effective Date: June 1, 2026

The Straley Project is committed to transparency, accountability, and responsible stewardship of every donation and purchase. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how donations, sponsorships, event registrations, and merchandise purchases are handled.

Donations

The Straley Project is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Charitable contributions made to support our mission are generally considered final and non-refundable.

If you believe a donation was made in error, duplicated, or charged incorrectly, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction date. We will review all requests and make every reasonable effort to resolve legitimate billing errors.

Monthly Giving

Monthly supporters may cancel future recurring donations at any time.

Cancellation will prevent future charges but does not automatically refund donations that have already been processed.

Corporate Sponsorships

Corporate sponsorship contributions are generally non-refundable once payment has been received and sponsorship benefits have been activated.

Requests involving billing errors or duplicate transactions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Baseball Camps, Service Trips & Event Registrations

Registration fees for baseball camps, service trips, and special events may be subject to separate cancellation policies disclosed during registration.

If an event is canceled by The Straley Project, participants may be offered a refund, credit, or transfer of registration, depending on the circumstances and expenses already incurred.

Merchandise Returns & Exchanges

The Straley Project merchandise is fulfilled through third-party print-on-demand partners. Because products are custom-made when ordered, returns and exchanges are only accepted for items that:

  • Arrive damaged
  • Contain a manufacturing defect
  • Are incorrectly printed
  • Differ from the order placed

To report an issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos showing the damage, defect, or fulfillment error

Approved claims may result in a replacement item, store credit, or refund at The Straley Project’s discretion and in accordance with our fulfillment partner’s policies.

Non-Returnable Items

Because merchandise is produced on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizes ordered by the customer
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping information
  • Minor variations in color, placement, or appearance that may occur during the printing process

Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing an order.

Policy Updates

The Straley Project reserves the right to modify this Refund & Returns Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
